Orange Breakfast Bake
Ingredients For Orange Breakfast Bake:

4 day old orange sweet rolls

4 – 6 slice bacon

1/4 c onions (optional)

1 1/2 c shredded cheese

3/4 c milk

3 – 4 lg eggs
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Bake the orange rolls according to the package directions. Frost and let cool. Cover and save for the next day.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Fry the bacon in a pan or cook in the microwave until crisp.
- If using onions, saute for 3 – 5 minutes until translucent.
- Cube the sweet rolls with frosting. Put in a 5×9 pan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the cubed rolls.
- Combine milk, eggs, and onions (if using).
- Pour the milk mixture over the cheese and cubed rolls.
- Bake, covered with foil, for 45 – 50 minutes.
- Remove the casserole from the oven. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the bacon.
- Return to the oven. Bake for 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
