You’ll Need:

  • 6 bacon slices.
  • ¼ cup of regular mustard.
  • ⅓ cpu of honey.
  • 2 tbsps of mayonnaise.
  • 2 tsps of dried onion flakes.
  • 1 cup of sliced fresh mushroom.
  • 2 cups of shredded Colby/Jack cheese.

How to:

Rub the seasoning salt on the chicken breasts and refrigerate them covered for 30 minutes.
While refrigerating, cook the bacon in a large skillet until brown and crispy then remove it leaving the grease in the skillet.
Sauté the chicken in the grease for 3 to 5 minutes per side and arrange the breasts in a 9×13 casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise and dried onion flakes then pour some mustard over each breast. Add a layer of mushrooms, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30 minutes.
Top with the rest of honey mustard sauce and Voila!
