  • 3 large eggs

Preparation Steps:

1. Prep the Tofu: Begin by draining the tofu. Press it to remove excess water—this helps in achieving a better texture when cooked. Cut the tofu into small, bite-sized pieces or crumble it with your hands for a more rustic texture.
