Ingredients

For the Turkey Fingers:

Instructions

1. Prepare the Turkey Fingers:

  3. In another shallow dish, add the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each turkey strip in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  5. Dip the floured turkey strips into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  6. Coat the strips with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

2. Cook the Turkey Fingers:

  1. In a large skillet, heat about 1/4 inch of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the turkey strips in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  3. Fry the turkey fingers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Transfer the cooked turkey fingers to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

3. Make the Maple-Mustard Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and well combined.
