Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions:
- Cook the Quinoa:
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth.
